    Check the driver, car, route, tools, insurance, and safety rules.

    Get a clear request

    Write down who asked, where to go, what to carry, and who will get it.

    Track each trip

    Save the route, cost, name, receipt, and signed drop-off note.

  4. 04

    Report what happened

    Share what was done, what is still needed, and what we learned.

What a good job needs

  • A real public office, charity, or trusted group asks for help.
  • The place, contact, time, load, and rules are clear.
  • The right vehicle, people, insurance, safety plan, and records are ready.
  • Everyone knows how the job will end and how we will report it.

What MGA will not do

No surprise trips. No unclear promises.

  • Enter a closed area without permission.
  • Get in the way of storm leaders or their plans.
  • Take a job we do not understand or carry unsafe items.
  • Say we are responding to a disaster when we are not.
