Every field job needs a request, permission, a written plan, insurance, and clear leaders.

We will add checked results, fixes, records, and lessons as real work is done.

For every project, we will record eight things.

Write down who said yes, the need, the place, the risks, and the goal.
Track
Record people, hours, supplies, costs, approved photos, problems, and deliveries.
Check
Ask the partner to confirm the work. Note what is left and what we learned.
