Fleet and equipment giving
Turn a useful asset into practical mission support.
MGA reviews vehicles, trailers, generators, tools, drones, computers, communications equipment, and other assets only when expected benefit outweighs transport, repair, storage, insurance, and selling costs.
Keep the asset until MGA confirms the written next step.
- 01
Share the basics
Describe the asset, location, condition, ownership, liens, availability, and known problems.
- 02
Review mission value and cost
MGA considers transport, inspection, repairs, storage, selling fees, insurance, registration, upkeep, and qualified operators.
- 03
Document the decision
Acceptance, pickup, transfer, sale, retention, and acknowledgment require written arrangements.
- 04
Protect records
MGA retains the gift record and appropriate acknowledgment. Donors remain responsible for independent tax and appraisal advice.
Ownership and records come before transport.
- Confirm the legal owner or authorized organizational representative.
- Identify titles, liens, leases, financing, damage, repairs, and missing parts.
- Gather maintenance records and clear photographs while protecting sensitive information.
- Do not email Social Security numbers, tax IDs, titles, or full VIN records through the public form.
- MGA does not appraise property or determine a donor's tax deduction.
Equipment fit inquiry
Share enough information for a preliminary review.
Do not deliver, move, or transfer an asset until MGA provides written instructions.
